We take great pride in our products and doing our best to accurately to describe them so you can choose what to order. Due to the nature of the products (and the fact that hand sanitizer contains alcohol, which is flammable), we do not offer returns on our products.
While we take great care in packing your order so that it will arrive in excellent condition, unintentional damage may occur during carrier transit. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please keep the original box, the products and the packing material and contact us immediately. We will ask you to provide pictures of the damaged products, the original box and the packing material via email to info@Tiffalinas.com along with your order number, name and phone number. This evidence will help us to quickly submit a claim on your behalf to the shipping carrier for their investigation so that we can get replacement items on their way to you.
If you place your order by 2:00 pm CST, then you order will go out the same day. If it is after 2:00 pm CST, then your order will ship out the next business day. Due to the nature of hand sanitizer and the fact that it is flammable, our gallons can only be shipped by ground options. That will put typical arrive days between 1 and 5 days from the ship date, depending on where you live. We are shipping from Missouri.
The picture below is the estimated arrival time for Tiffalina's.com products shipped UPS Ground, but due to COVID-19 please allow a bit extra time. Any delays with UPS is out of our hands.
UPS does not have transit on the following Holidays: New Year's Eve (Air only) New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (Air Only), and Christmas Day.
